Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Trionix. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion. For large groups or special events, we may require advance payment or deposits. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. We recommend providing reasonable notice for cancellations to avoid potential charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as posted. For catering services, payment terms will be specified in the catering agreement. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Food Safety and Allergies

We take food safety seriously and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. However, customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us of their requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operations. Customers consume our food at their own risk regarding allergic reactions.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, recipes, and designs, is the intellectual property of Trionix B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination
